If you need to change your appointment, call or text us as soon as you know — even day-of, please still reach out and we’ll do our best to help. With 24 hours’ notice, nothing is lost. Inside 24 hours, or if we don’t see you, a $75 fee applies for the time we held for you.

If you’re unwell, please don’t come in. Many of our patients are pregnant, going through fertility treatment, or in cancer care, and we’d rather keep the space safe for them. Let us know as early as you can and we’ll find you another time.
